About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Calvary Care. As a member of our clinical community, you will provide high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and provide wound care to clients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
- Monitor and update care plans to reflect changes in client needs
- Provide education and support to clients and families to promote independence and well-being
- Recognize and respond to clinical deterioration, escalating as necessary
Requirements
- Current AHPRA Nursing Registration
- Valid driver's license and use of own vehicle (KM allowance provided)
- Minimum 1 year acute experience
- Candidates with experience in community nursing, particularly in Home Care Packages and Commonwealth Home Support Program, are highly regarded
