We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our successful team based in NSW. This role involves supervising employees on projects while ensuring safety and delivering project outcomes.
As the Engineer, you will report directly to the Project Manager and play a crucial role in major infrastructure projects. You will work closely with experienced professionals in a team-oriented culture and have opportunities for professional growth within the company.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage civil construction projects to ensure quality, safety, budgets, and timelines are met.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor project schedules and budgets, including cost tracking and reporting.
- Oversee project documentation, including quality assurance and control, variation management, and progress claims.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on project execution, methodologies, and design interpretation.
- Mentor and supervise engineering and site personnel, fostering technical competence and professional growth.
- Coordinate and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, including project managers, construction managers, and site engineers.
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer within civil construction, preferably within infrastructure, energy, or mining sectors, is essential.
Candidates must also possess current Australian Driver's License and Construction Industry White Card.
