We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a part-time gardener.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the village's communal areas and private homes, ensuring they remain welcoming and well-maintained for residents.

  • Deliver high-quality garden and property maintenance services
  • Maintain shared garden spaces and general garden maintenance
  • Operate machinery and tools required for the job
  • Keep tools and equipment in good condition

About You

  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Genuine love for plants and nature
  • Genuine interest in assisting independent living seniors
  • Green thumb and enthusiasm (no formal gardening experience required)
  • Reliability and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job
  • High organisation skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety legislation
  • Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
