Safety and Culture Development Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager/Culture Development Team Lead to join our Onshore Energy team in Darwin. This key position will be responsible for executing maintenance work safely and efficiently while ensuring optimal quality at minimal cost.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of a culture that prioritizes safety, achievement, and team growth with a strong focus on capability development.
- Provide strategic leadership to achieve business objectives and operational targets, ensuring successful contract deliverables.
- Collaborate with operational and business support managers to drive functional area strategies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Manage specific teams and project delivery requirements.
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers and subcontract partners.
- Develop and enforce compliance with relevant laws, regulations, systems, policies, or guidelines within the organization.
- Offer advice and assistance to the business, including reviewing work scopes, delivery capabilities, and capacities to ensure successful project execution.
- Contribute to new scope definition to enhance and expand existing capabilities, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and optimizing recurrent business growth.
- Maintain sound financial management processes, including budget forecasting, cost control, analysis, and reporting.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (maintenance focus preferred) with demonstrated cultural leadership.
- Excellent people skills, with proven leadership abilities, including facilitating delivery excellence, team collaboration, and autonomous work.
- Experience working on operational process plants and knowledge of process safety (preferred).
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
