Job Overview

We are seeking a Trainee Educator to join our team, dedicated to providing children with the best possible start to their educational journey.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and organizational policies and procedures
  • Building strong relationships with children and families through effective communication and collaboration
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the education program in the room and centre team
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment

To be eligible for this role, you must hold appropriate work rights and meet the following requirements:

  • The willingness and motivation to pursue a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
  • Appropriate Australian work rights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • The ability to work well individually and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with children
  • Flexible availability
  • An interest in early childhood education and care
  • The ability to obtain a Working with Children Check (if not already held)
  • The ability to meet our immunization requirements
