About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to lead our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective replenishment of all imprest and non-imprest items across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain onsite local supply stores with required stock and manage rostering and resourcing to ensure the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of processes and services related to Site Supply and Imprest.
  • Utilize a reflective, critical thinking, and evidence-based approach to deliver best practice in stock movement.
  • Provide excellent, helpful service to patients and staff.
  • Communicate and lead delivery of internal controls, policies, and operational procedures.
  • Actively drive and participate in quality improvement activities within the department.
Requirements
  • Collaborative, supportive, and engaging leadership style to build rapport with team members and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and time management.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
