About Coles Supermarkets we operate over 800 stores across Australia, requiring collaboration of team members in various roles.

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our cleaning and trolley collection team. This key role ensures customers experience a safe, seamless and positive shopping environment in our stores.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Completing a comprehensive checklist of cleaning tasks across all departments and store areas.
  • Using specialized equipment and products to maintain floor cleanliness throughout the shop, team rooms, toilets and offices.
  • Assisting with shelving and equipment maintenance as well as cleaning team rooms and toilets.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark regardless of weather conditions.
  • Working autonomously both indoors and outdoors.

  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • The capacity to work independently and follow instructions.
  • Physical fitness activity level and energy are essential as you'll be lifting up to 17kgs and working varied shifts between 5am-11pm 7 days per week.
