Astrophysics Research Fellowship

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on solar-like oscillations and stellar modeling, analyzing large datasets from space missions and ground-based sources.
  • Develop and implement advanced data analysis tools for merging and processing complex data sets.
  • Publish research findings in leading international scientific journals.
  • Present research outcomes at national and international conferences.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist in mentoring graduate students.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Astrophysics with expertise in stellar astrophysics and asteroseismology.
  • Demonstrated experience in advanced data analysis and/or stellar modeling.
  • Excellent research track record, with conference presentations and publications in top-tier journals.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a research team and communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing.
  • Co-supervise research students and possess excellent communication skills.
