We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our aquatic team at the Caloundra Aquatic Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking for a challenging and rewarding role with flexible working arrangements.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supervising customers in the aquatic environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative processes. For this role, we require someone with leadership experience, preferably in an aquatic environment, who can inspire and motivate their team.

Key requirements include:

  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Working with Children check (Blue Card)
  • Current First Aid certification including CPR
  • A valid Pool Lifeguard certification

We are committed to child safety and provide regular training and development for our staff. We strive to create a secure and enjoyable space for everyone to swim and participate in other aquatic activities.
