As a Senior Azure Integration Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive solutions for both new and existing client engagements. You will also play a crucial role in enhancing our internal application suite, which is vital for our strategic market approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team throughout the proposal process; conduct client discovery sessions, assess client integration and application landscapes, gather business and technical requirements, identify non-functional needs, and create architectural documentation and detailed staffing models.

Client Consulting: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, guide them through their cloud transformation journey, influence decision-making, and advise the project management team on the optimal approach to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

Architecture and Engineering Leadership: Lead and mentor other technical consultants on projects; develop and deliver technology strategies, roadmaps, and designs; draft technical specifications; perform hands-on cloud deployments, assessments, cost optimization, security evaluations, and migrations aligned with client business and technical needs.

Qualifications:

Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Over 10 years of IT experience, including significant Azure cloud expertise.
  • Demonstrated success in selling consulting engagements, including business case development, estimating, scoping, and drafting statements of work.
  • Experience facilitating client design workshops and awareness sessions, focusing on cloud enterprise integration (e.g., Service Bus, LogicApps, Azure Data Factory), cloud transformation (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and bespoke .Net applications.
  • Proficient in architecting solutions that align client business challenges with comprehensive technology strategies and designs.
  • Experience implementing Microsoft Cloud technologies, particularly large and complex Azure integrations and application delivery.
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale, enterprise-level IT projects from inception to completion.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing ICT processes, organizations, and systems (desirable).
  • Familiarity with engaging Microsoft (both locally and globally) across sales, product management, and engineering as a partner (nice to have).
