About the Role

We are seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our team at EnviroCom Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of behaviour change projects to improve sustainability outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental sustainability and behaviour change, with experience in designing and delivering education and engagement interventions to a range of stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Contributing to the design of strategic behaviour change programs and services
  2. Delivering education and engagement interventions to stakeholders
  3. Conducting desktop research, fieldwork data gathering, analysis and reporting
About You

We are looking for an environmentally and creatively minded individual who is passionate about sustainability and behaviour change. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 12 to 36 months post-graduate work experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Enjoy working in a small team environment
  • Be a proactive participant in your own learning and development
  • Tertiary qualifications in a sustainability or environmental field
  • Demonstrated interest in community education, behaviour change and communication
  • Knowledge of environmental and sustainability issues, particularly within the field of waste management
  • Class C drivers licence
