We are seeking a highly skilled project director to lead and manage projects from conception to completion.
As a project director, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating projects across multiple teams and stakeholders while ensuring all project goals are met.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets and monitor project progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Real Estate or Construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and on schedule.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
