Job Description:

As a Tax Specialist, you will provide expert tax advice to businesses and individuals, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. You will analyze complex financial data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise will be sought after by senior management and external stakeholders, and you will contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures within the organization.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tax-related projects, including corporate tax planning, individual tax returns, and tax audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive tax advice to clients, identifying opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, providing tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures within the organization, staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in taxation (e.g. CA, CTA) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in tax advisory or consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
