About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer to join our team at Dedicated Staffing Solutions. As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients, working on a variety of matters and being supported by a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and services to clients on corporate and commercial matters
  • Work on a variety of matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate and commercial law and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • 3+ years post-admission experience in corporate and commercial law
  • Well-presented and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to practice law in Queensland and New South Wales
