Research Services Team Lead

This role is for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join the Graduate Research Services (GRS) team. The position of Team Leader will work closely with the Manager, Graduate Research Services, Dean, Graduate Research, Associate Deans (Research) and the dedicated GRS team.

The key responsibilities of this role include managing and coordinating research support services for doctoral and research master candidates, performing quality assurance functions, and strengthening the research culture of the University.

To be successful in this role you will need to have excellent leadership skills, analytical skills to investigate and analyse issues relating to research and use that information to help inform the development of a range of relevant and contemporary support and procedures to assist HDR candidates and supervisors.

This position also involves project work which will contribute to the Graduate Research Services' objectives. You will need to be able to plan and deliver on projects effectively and efficiently.
