Salary PackageWe offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our newly established Financial Planning and Analysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support to our Finance Business Partners, developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and operational plans, and analysing financial performance to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operational plans, collaborating with finance and operations teams;
- Analyse financial performance, investigate variances, and provide insights through management reporting;
- Support the preparation and distribution of management reports, including variance analysis;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and support audits and funding acquittals;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial advice and ensure efficient delivery of financial services;
- Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or similar;
- Professional accounting qualifications (CA, CPA, CIMA) or currently studying towards;
- Management accounting experience in a multi-program organisation with a large number of designated cost centres;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work to strict deadlines and time constraints;
- Quality written communication skills, including briefings notes, reports, and presentations;
- Relationship and rapport-building skills, with the capacity to relate to a wide range of stakeholders;
