We are seeking a skilled Culinary Leader to join our team as a Regional Relief Chef NSW North. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with no late nights or weekends.

As a Regional Relief Chef, you will be responsible for supporting our chefs across Central Coast, Newcastle, and Hunter area. You will oversee and manage the creation and delivery of meals and events, ensuring detailed compliance with the food safety program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel required
  • Head Chef and Sous Chef coverage
  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef in Aged Care / Hotels or similar settings
  • Food Safety Supervisory Certification
