Job Description

We're looking for a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to drive innovation and build our Engage product - a world-class customer experience platform that enables top brands to connect with their customers at scale.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be responsible for building and monitoring our scalable, high-performance infrastructure solutions on AWS. You'll collaborate with other squads to support product development through cloud architecture and infrastructure, and drive security and compliance initiatives across the engineering organisation.

You'll also be responsible for constantly driving improvement in Local Measure infrastructure through reliability, performance, and cost-optimisation, and supporting remediation of production incidents and putting learnings into practice for continual improvement.

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of professional DevOps experience specifically with AWS, practical knowledge of the AWS Well-Architected Framework, and experience deploying infrastructure-as-code specifically with CloudFormation.

You'll be a strong systems architect with hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and a proven ability to work in a small fast-paced start-up oriented team. AWS Associate, Professional or Specialty Certifications are highly considered.
