About the Role
  • Lead a team of educators to create engaging learning experiences that foster child-led enquiries, connections with local schools and positive community interactions.
  • Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for children, embracing their unique interests and strengths.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the centre meets/exceeds National Quality Standards.
What You Bring
  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant teaching registration (if applicable).
  • A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain.
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willingness to obtain.
  • A strong commitment to fostering growth and development in young minds.
