Mechanical Parts Coordinator

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Parts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supplying quality parts to external customers and internal stakeholders while meeting sales targets and delivering high service levels.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with OEM training provided. You will enjoy growth and great pay, along with a full corporate uniform supplied.

">Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mechanical parts and sundry items to both external customers and internal teams
  • Identify, interpret, and source parts to meet customer needs
  • Process invoices, raise purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded by identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Maintain records in MS Dynamics and handle customer inquiries
  • Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, or in-person
  • Provide daily support to branch operations
">Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A basic understanding of mechanical and parts concepts is essential for this role
  • You will need strong computer skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A forklift license is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and earthmoving equipment is not essential but highly advantageous
