We're seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to drive brand presence and engagement through strategic content planning, EDM campaigns, blog creation, and integrated marketing initiatives.
- This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and drive real impact in an established business.
A strong understanding of social media platforms is essential for success in this position. You will work closely with our consultants to support proactive business development and identify opportunities for brand growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic content plans across social media channels.
- Create targeted EDM campaigns to clients and candidates.
- Craft compelling blogs and articles aligned with industry trends and business goals.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising and brand consistency.
- Track industry trends and competitor activity.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with Consultants to support business development efforts.
- Mid-Senior level experience in marketing communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
- A flexible 2 days/week role.
