About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end claims process, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively. They will also play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including claimants, brokers, and other external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the claims process from initial receipt through to final settlement.
- Communicate with claimants, brokers, and other external partners to gather information and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims activity.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or disputes to the relevant teams.
Requirements
- Experience in claims administration and case management.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
