Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Business Partner to support our growing business across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will act as a strategic partner to the business, providing support on human resources activities from strategy to program design to day-to-day problem-solving.

The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the implementation of the Jensen Hughes Pacific People Strategy.

  • Assist with ensuring compliance with all legislation and other standards across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans for the Human Resources function.
  • Work with each Jensen Hughes Pacific service function to develop a HR plan that intentionally lifts the employee experience.

Focal Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Jensen Hughes Pacific People Strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Develop and implement HR plans in collaboration with service functions.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and update databases as required.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, including management experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • Collaborative mindset with all stakeholders.
  • Personal drive, results-oriented, with a high level of integrity.
