Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at All Lift Forklifts Pty in Brisbane. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our service department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure the scheduling, servicing, and repair of equipment are completed to the highest standard.
  • Develop and implement effective service department processes to optimize fleet availability and reduce downtime.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure the service department operates within budget.
  • Set and achieve service sales and profit objectives.
  • Ensure all interactions with customers and employees are of the highest standard.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a service environment.
  • High-level knowledge of service department processes, industry experience, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent customer service skills with well-developed communication skills.
  • Experience in service department KPIs with strong time management skills.
  • Current driver's license.
