We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to residents living in our aged care home.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including showering, dressing, and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assist with medication administration and simple wound dressings
  • Support residents in community-based recreational and social activities
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Certificate III/IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)Previous experience in aged or community care (or a passion to begin your career in aged care if you're studying or have recently become qualified)Adaptability, empathy, and resourcefulness, with a strong commitment to Uniting's values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldnessAbout Us
