Asset Data Officer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Asset Data Officer to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and validating data on building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in working with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning and uphold data integrity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Data Collection and Validation

The Asset Data Officer will work closely with various teams to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data. They will also have opportunities to develop their skills in spatial analysis and data visualization.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Infrastructure, Plant, and Equipment Asset Management
  • Technical Skills in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Related Plant & Equipment
  • Able to Capture, Interrogate, Report on Large Fields of Data
  • Proven Time Management and Organizational Skills
  • Able to Work Independently and in a Collaborative Team Environment
