  • We are offering a generous package of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Job Description

  • In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, working closely with clients and the team, communicating with trades and service providers, preparing leases and assisting with applications, communicating with property owners and tenants, handling enquiries with professionalism and courtesy, assisting with general office administration, PA duties to support senior staff, managing office supplies and equipment, preparing reports and general office support, greeting visitors and clients with a warm, welcoming attitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior administrative experience is essential, with no real estate experience required.
  • Familiarity with software such as PropertyMe, Flick It Over, and Gmail is desirable.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are also required.
