Role Overview

This is a chance to bring your human touch to customer service. As a Customer Service Professional, you will partner with our members to guide them in making informed healthcare choices.

You will also provide information about our range of health and insurance products.

This is a full-time position based in our branch.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personalized support for HCF health insurance policies face-to-face
- Meet or exceed performance targets
- Deliver first-contact resolution in all customer interactions
- Maintain accurate membership information in line with HCF policy and procedure

You

- Have demonstrated experience or drive to sell to members and deliver a great customer experience
- Bring previous experience in a customer-facing environment
- Possess the ability to quickly learn complex systems
- Thrive in a team environment and adapt positively to changing work practices and needs
- Be able to commit six weeks full-time for comprehensive training
