Entrepreneurial Coach Opportunity

At our organisation, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Entrepreneurial Coach to join our team. As an Entrepreneurial Coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to establish and grow their own businesses.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of small business operations, including cash flow and viability. They will be able to lead, mentor, coach and educate participants, as well as develop and implement effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our participants
  • Mentor and support entrepreneurs in establishing and growing their businesses
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve organisational goals
  • Conduct regular progress checks and provide feedback to participants

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of small business operations and principles
  • Ability to lead, mentor, coach and educate participants
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in an autonomous, dynamic and flexible environment
