Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our clients' Irrigation Construction and Maintenance divisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the irrigation construction and maintenance divisions.
  • Oversee project administration, establishing and utilizing efficient systems and procedures for the Irrigation Construction division.
  • Oversee Do & Charge administration, establishing and utilizing efficient systems and procedures for the Irrigation Maintenance division.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth and development of our business as part of the Management division.
  • Achieve and surpass projects and business financial targets for the Irrigation Construction and Maintenance divisions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of information.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize workloads, juggle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a self-managed environment and under pressure while maintaining a strong diligence and attention to detail.
Benefits:
  • $125,000 - $135,000 per year salary.
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • 8 hour shift with overtime opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Irrigation & Certificate IV Project Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years commercial irrigation installation experience.
  • Valid C' class driver's license.
  • Valid Construction Card.
