Florist Position Overview\

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced florist to join our team. If you have a passion for flowers, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities\

  • Prepare and arrange flowers and foliage for sale\
  • Process customer orders and manage inventory\
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with flexible availability\
  • Develop and maintain high-quality floral arrangements according to our shop style and design\

Required Skills and Qualifications\

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail flower shop\
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills\
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines\
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills\
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods\
