We are seeking a skilled and motivated Graduate Physiotherapist to join our team at Mt Wilga Private Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity for you to progress your physiotherapy career, working with our experienced Allied Health Team in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The role offers the chance to work with a diverse range of patients who require rehabilitation for various conditions, including post-orthopaedic surgery, musculoskeletal conditions, neurological conditions, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualised rehabilitation plans, utilising evidence-based practice and clinical expertise.
  • Provide physiotherapy intervention in individual and group settings in the gym, ward, and hydrotherapy environment.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop appropriate discharge plans.
  • Work independently and as part of a team structure, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements and Skills
  • Tertiary Degree in Physiotherapy with current registration with AHPRA.
  • Relevant clinical experience in Physiotherapy, with a demonstrated ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice.
  • An understanding of and commitment to Quality Improvement.
