GemLife is a developer of luxury over-50s lifestyle resorts with vibrant communities. We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team, responsible for designing beautiful, functional spaces that enhance the lifestyles of homeowners.
About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work on stunning, large-scale projects, from country clubs to wellness centres. You will have the freedom to flex your creativity while balancing functionality and budget.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience in commercial interior design. A background in construction project building or architectural firm is also highly desirable. Strong documentation and scheduling skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and document stylish, functional interiors for resort-style community spaces.
- Work closely with architects, builders, and suppliers to bring designs to life.
- Oversee schedules, documentation, and project coordination from concept to completion.
- Stay ahead of design trends to ensure our projects remain fresh and inspiring.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality interior design solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Passion for innovative, budget-conscious design.
- Proficiency in industry design software such as Revit.
- Excellent experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
