Senior Cyber Security Lead

We are seeking a seasoned cyber security expert to join our Security Operations Centre (SOC) team as a senior technical lead.
This role will play a key part in leading the response to critical and complex cyber security incidents, ensuring timely containment and remediation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring junior analysts, driving continuous improvement of SOC processes, and enhancing detection engineering and alerting rules within Microsoft Sentinel.

Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in cyber security with at least 2 years operating at a senior/technical lead level
- Binary analysis expertise: Skilled in reverse engineering, malware analysis, and binary exploitation techniques
- Technical expertise: Strong background in Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, detection engineering, incident response, and SOAR tooling
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior security analysts
- Cloud security: Solid understanding of cloud environments with exposure to modern security controls
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and work independently or as part of a team
- Clearance: Active NV1 clearance required
