We are looking for a professional to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their lives. As a Case Manager, you will work closely with people in the Workforce Australia program to understand their needs and create personalized plans to overcome barriers to employment.

About the Role

The Case Manager will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating plans, and connecting participants with job opportunities. You will also build relationships with businesses and organizations to identify new employment pathways.

Your Responsibilities
  • Empower Individuals: Guide and support people to take charge of their future.
  • Create Personalized Plans: Conduct assessments and develop tailored plans to meet individual needs.
  • Connect Participants with Opportunities: Match people with suitable jobs or training programs.
  • Build Partnerships: Establish relationships with businesses and organizations to identify new employment opportunities.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate records and ensure all processes comply with program requirements.
  • Ongoing Support: Provide continued support to ensure long-term success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A compassionate and results-oriented professional with excellent assessment and communication skills.
  • An ability to understand individual strengths and barriers, and create effective plans to address them.
  • A strong understanding of employment services and community development principles.
  • Previous experience in employment services, advocacy, or a related field.
  • A qualification in Employment Services, Community Services, Social Sciences, or Psychology, or working towards one.
