About the Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Peninsula Villages, a leading aged care facility on the Central Coast.

Job Overview

This is an autonomous role that offers the opportunity to work across three onsite facilities, exercising sound clinical judgment regarding residents' health issues, including wound care and chronic & acute disease processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Conduct regular assessments, monitoring residents' progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence, respect, and open communication.
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aged care, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
  • Strong clinical skills, with knowledge of wound care, chronic & acute disease management, and medication administration.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
