Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at K'gari Beach Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our guests.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu and services to make informed recommendations to guests
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or food and beverage environment
• Valid Queensland RSA certification
• Wine and cocktail knowledge (desirable)
• Demonstrated barista experience (desirable)
• Valid Food Handling Certificate (or the ability to obtain)
