Job Opportunity: Data Asset Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Asset Officer to join our team.

The role involves managing and organizing documentation and information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This includes maintaining accurate records of employee information and personnel files, responding to inquiries from employees, customers, and vendors, and performing other administrative duties as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and compliance with contract specifications for data collection contracts, including auditing and benchmarking data to enable the development of an informed asset management program.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage shared mailbox, provide responses to internal and external requests, and triage for asset review and assessment.
  • Provide assessment reports and analysis to assist in rational project selection, and asset and network performance evaluation.
  • Measure required documents against a checklist and analyse which data is missing

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative support role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

This is a hybrid working opportunity based in south Sydney, with a competitive hourly rate and superannuation benefits.
