Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Aged and Home Care Workers in Albury-Wodonga. Our Support 4 Me services deliver quality in-home care, enabling customers to maintain their well-being and independence.

About the Position

A typical day may involve:

  • Domestic assistance: assisting with household chores, meal preparation, and general cleaning;
  • Assisted shopping/client appointments: accompanying customers on errands and appointments;
  • Respite care: providing temporary relief for carers;
  • Social support and community engagement: connecting customers with community resources and events;
  • Assistance with personal care: helping with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Availability to work shifts across Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm (some weekend and public holidays as required);
  • Qualification in First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain;
  • Ability to connect and develop meaningful relationships with customers;
  • Current Driver's License and full comprehensive Car Insurance, or willingness to obtain; and
  • The ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
