We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our Community Inclusion Services team at Yooralla.

About You:

  • A positive approach and a passion for supporting people with disability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and school holidays

What You'll Do:

  • Support adults with disability to achieve their goals and live independently
  • Provide personal care and assist with daily living tasks
  • Transport clients in your own vehicle, if required

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Disability or relevant experience
  • Australian Driver License
  • Working with Children's Check
  • First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate
