You will play a crucial role in a resident's overall wellbeing, providing quality personal, social and emotional care and support.

• Facilitate wellbeing through an individualised lifestyle and wellbeing program.
• Provide personal care, including assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining dignity and privacy.
• Support mobility, including assisting with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between positions.
• Monitor health, observing and reporting any changes in the resident's condition.
• Support residents with meal requirements and assist with eating.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and observations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
