Job Title: Visionary Architect

As a key member of our collective, you will be responsible for leading distinct portions of a project with periodic supervision by senior leadership. You will show initiative, process innovation, problem solving and decision quality with precision and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce, coordinate and/or oversee presentation and contract deliverables such as diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, physical models and animations.
  • Communicate effectively internally and externally through timely written, oral and visual means.
  • Create and innovate with strong conceptual design ability and integrate interdisciplinary criteria.
  • Collaborate at project, consultant team and client team level by evaluating ideas critically and constructively.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead others by example, participate in staff mentoring and training, define team member expectations and empower others.
  • Contribute to a clear and consistent work plan to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Engage in internal professional development opportunities.
  • Implement sustainable strategies in project assignments and develop staff knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Professional degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • LEED accreditation is desirable.
