Household Operations Manager
This is a highly skilled role that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality environment.
The Household Operations Manager ensures the smooth operation of the household by providing high-level personal service and managing household staff, guests, and tradespeople with discretion and professionalism.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day household operations, upkeep, and inventory of supplies
- Plan and coordinate private events, guest arrangements, and service delivery
- Liaise with external service providers such as caterers, florists, and entertainers
- Oversee household schedules, travel plans, and administrative records
You will be an organised and flexible individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have strong time management abilities and present yourself professionally in appearance and demeanor at all times. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be available to travel with the family on occasions is required.
