Competition and Consumer Law Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our Competition and Consumer team as an Associate or Senior Associate. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of post-qualification experience in regulatory law, with a focus on competition and consumer protection.

The role involves working with leading Partners and regularly collaborating with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) on sensitive matters. You will enjoy a stimulating work environment, handling complex cases, and delivering innovative solutions for clients from various industries, including financial services, telecommunications, health, and pharmaceuticals.

  • About the job: Assist on complex consumer protection matters and regulatory investigations, such as cartel investigations.
  • About you: Impeccable attention to detail, strong drafting skills, ability to explain complex issues clearly, and provide sound advice both individually and as part of a team.
