We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality support services to the NDIS.

Our multidisciplinary approach focuses on building tailored care around individual needs and goals.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Speech Pathologist to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with diverse abilities.

The successful candidate will provide therapeutic services to NDIS participants across various locations, including Canberra, Queanbeyan, and surrounding areas.

Our team caters to individuals of all ages and abilities, ensuring each day is unique and engaging.

Caseloads may cover early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC. We offer clinical and operational pathways for career progression.

You may find us working in childcare centres, schools, homes, or outreach locations as part of our program.

We work closely with the MDT, celebrating wins and fostering a positive culture.

Your role will include:

  • Managing an allocated caseload and delivering timely therapeutic services
  • Early Years caseload (0-5) – Early intervention and parent coaching
  • School-aged children (5-18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation
  • Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
  • A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
