About the Role

The Site Supervisor is a crucial member of our team, responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality workmanship on site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of skilled tradespeople to achieve project goals.
  • Read and interpret plans and drawings to guide team efforts and maintain project efficiency.
  • Organize materials, tools, and subcontractors to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure safety standards and project timelines are met through diligent oversight and effective risk management.
  • Promote collaborative working practices to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Regularly report progress and issues to senior staff for informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree-qualified tradesperson (Certificate III or equivalent) with minimum 4 years' experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leadership or supervisory experience, with a focus on team management and client liaison.
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction principles and practices, including building codes and regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license, White Card, and own tools essential for success in this role.
  • Must possess full working rights to apply for this position.
