- Identifying and cultivating new opportunities for existing clients' investments
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Managing debtor relationships effectively
- Preparing necessary documents for landlords and tenants

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in Residential Tenancy Legislation
- Current driver's licence
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills
- Smart, resourceful and forward thinking professional who embraces technology
