About the Store Manager Role
We seek an experienced retail leader to join our team at our West Perth Outlet. This full-time position offers a Tuesday - Saturday roster, with one weekend off each month.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales, KPI targets, and profitability goals
- Manage store operations effectively, prioritizing large volumes of stock
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Utilize reporting tools to inform commercial decisions and drive business objectives
- Develop a high-performing team, committed to delivering outstanding customer service

Key Skills and Experience
- Proven people management experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to change
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Experience managing large volumes of stock, with a strong commercial acumen
- Ability to implement succession planning strategies
