The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain the highest standards of service.

This role involves enchanting our executive guests with personalized service, crafting unforgettable first impressions and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

About You:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel lounge or similar environment.
  • Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship offered).
  • Possess a RSA Certificate.
  • Adaptable and physically fit.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly regarded.
