Aligned Leisure is a subsidiary of the Richmond Football Club, dedicated to managing the operations of health, fitness, and leisure activities. With 32 facilities across Victoria and New South Wales, we strive to develop our people in a supportive environment.
Job Description: LifeguardThe Lifeguard will oversee all staff and customers within the aquatic environment, ensuring their safety and experience. This role requires a personable and engaging individual who can provide clear direction to customers, maintaining a safe and acceptable environment.
Essential Qualifications and Experience- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Possession of or willingness to attain Pool Lifeguard, first aid, and CPR qualifications
- Focused on customer satisfaction
- Understanding and enthusiasm for the Leisure Industry
- High level of awareness to pre-empt issues and risks
- Disciplined approach to aquatic supervision and customer safety
- Relentless commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Engaging and outgoing personality
- Conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and consultation skills
